collection 2: City Gospel Mission

"City Gospel Mission treats each man, woman and child with dignity by being Godly, Relational, Compassionate, and Transformational. We have been known for serving people experiencing homelessness. But we are so much more."

"Breaking the cycle of poverty and despair is our mission. For many, that cycle lasts for generations. That’s what inspired James Gamble of Procter & Gamble to found City Gospel Mission back in 1924. Our focus has always been on relationships, and with support from hundreds of churches and countless volunteers, we help thousands of people and families each year in the Greater Cincinnati Area. We focus on four main causes: Food and shelter, Recovery, Jobs, And Youth."

"At our emergency homeless shelter, there is dignity. Guests receive 3 meals a day, safe shelter, and guidance to succeed long-term.

In our recovery program, there is deliverance. Men and women get the support they need to overcome life-controlling issues.

In our jobs program, there is independence. Job-seekers receive the training they need and get help securing a job.

And in our youth programs, there is determination. At-risk youth are guided from cradle-to-career so that they will flourish and be free of the cycle.

We’re breaking the cycle of poverty and despair one life at a time. Sharing God’s love together and the hope that comes with it is still the way.

We’ve created a brand overview video so you can check out what City Gospel Mission is all about."

note from Grant: As a child, l remember volunteering from time to time with my church at City Gospel Mission. For the brand to now be partnering with them for my first show here in the city, especially while they are celebrating their 100th anniversary is surreal! The overarching goal behind all the creativity, clothing, and etc. is slowly fleshing out... I'm humbled to see how God is moving right now. love you all, and appreciate the support to get this far, we're going to keep building. I really respect and appreciate what CGM is doing for those struggling in my city, and until the brand can launch it's own initiatives here and abroad, it will be historicly impactful non-profits that we'll continue to build relationships to create real change.
